MMC Involvement: Volunteered in the Ukraine Foreign Mission 2018. Became acquainted with MMC as its Fig Tree Foundation Roundtable Member Liaison in 2016.

Occupation: Knowledge Management (KM) Consultant

Education/Certifications:
Currently completing Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies graduate degree (Royal Roads University), Graduate Diploma in Knowledge Management (RRU), Business Process Management, Project Management, and Masterful Facilitator Certificates (Mount Royal University), Prosci Change Management Certificate, Excelerator Essential Coaching Program, and Internet Website Development Certificate (SAIT). Prior to furthering her education in Knowledge Management, Dianne enjoyed a successful career in Marketing and Communications which serves her well in all aspects of the work she does today.

Areas of Interest: As a KM Consultant Dianne worked with many leading multi-national for-profit organizations in developing and implementing sustainable knowledge sharing and collaboration initiatives. Having expanded her focus to the non-profit sector, involved in international development, her interests are in understanding what non-profit organizations (NPOs) can learn from KM practices that will collectively benefit the communities they work with in developing countries. Applying her knowledge and expertise to helping NPOs engage community stakeholder groups in an integrated approach to implementing impactful and sustainable initiatives is the direction she is actively pursuing.
